Over the years, we’ve coached ministry leaders who wanted to think more strategically, and business leaders who longed to lead with more heart and Kingdom purpose. We’ve served behind the scenes, written books, hosted meaningful conversations, and supported ministries doing beautiful, quiet work. Whether through funding, relationships, or media, we exist to help Kingdom leaders flourish and God’s story be told.

MEET THE TEAM

Tim & Glori Winders

Before this ministry had a name, we were high-performing entrepreneurs chasing growth, impact, and influence. But in 2013, after years of striving, we found ourselves bankrupt, homeless, and broken—in every way the world counts. That’s when the real story began.

God stripped away everything so He could rebuild from the inside out. What followed was a decade of walking in obedience, slowing down, and listening. We lived in an RV full-time, not out of luxury but necessity. Along the way, the Lord taught us the beauty of simplicity, the strength of stillness, and the joy of surrender.

Glori has been the heart of our journey—anchoring our family with prayer, discernment, and compassion. Her faith is quiet but fierce. She sees what others miss and carries a deep sensitivity to the Spirit that has guided our every move. From managing the practical to hearing God in the details, she is the steady hand behind everything we’ve built.

Tim’s path shifted from CEO to coach, from hustler to host. What started as a podcast (Seek Go Create) became a platform for ministry—conversations that matter, stories that heal, and teachings that challenge believers to live Kingdom-first. He now writes books, leads strategy, and supports other leaders stepping into their God-given purpose.

Together, we’ve grown into a different kind of leadership—less about control, more about calling. Less noise. More Kingdom.
What began as loss became legacy. And now, through this foundation, we give, we coach, we create, and we say “yes” to wherever God leads next.
Dulce Irving

Dulce is a wife, a mother, and a steady, grace-filled presence in everything we do. Married to Hunter and raising their young family, she knows firsthand the beauty and the stretching that comes with this season of life. She understands the hopes, dreams, and quiet battles that young mothers and families face—because she’s living them with faith and authenticity every day.

Dulce has a gift for organization and execution. She brings calm to chaos and has an eye for what needs to get done before anyone else even notices. Whether it’s helping behind the scenes on a project, supporting communication efforts, or quietly giving encouragement to someone in need, she leads with a servant’s heart and a deep love for people.

She’s not always on stage, and that’s by design. Dulce reflects the kind of Kingdom leadership that doesn’t chase applause but shows up faithfully, humbly, and powerfully—often in the background, always with impact.

In our ministry, she reminds us that obedience isn’t about spotlight—it’s about faithfulness in every role God assigns, especially the ones that matter most at home.
Joshua Winders

​Joshua lives on the move—with a camera in hand, an eye for beauty, and a heart for people and stories. He’s an adventurer at his core, drawn to new places and cultures, always seeking to capture the extraordinary moments most of us miss. Whether he’s traveling through remote landscapes or collaborating with global brands, Joshua brings a unique blend of artistry, clarity, and purpose to everything he touches.

An accomplished visual artist, writer, and photographer, Joshua has built a strong following through his gift for telling stories through images and words. His work has served both small ministries and major companies, always marked by depth, authenticity, and creative excellence. His ability to translate vision into visual identity makes him a rare voice in today’s media-saturated world.

Joshua has played a role in nearly every part of the podcast and foundation—from tech and media to branding and storytelling. Today, he leads the foundation’s branding and outreach efforts, helping shape how we show up in the world with clarity, beauty, and impact.
